General Hospital delivered another explosive chapter as Danny Morgan’s attempt to help his father ended with him sitting inside an interrogation room at the PCPD. While Danny believed he was doing the right thing, his impulsive decision may have handed Ross Cullum exactly the opportunity he needed, while Willow’s legal troubles took another dramatic turn.

Joe Builds a Stronger Case Against Willow
At the PCPD, Detective Joe Bennett met with Acting District Attorney Justine Turner to discuss the Ashford crash investigation.
Joe admitted his latest evidence came from an unusual source. After questioning Drew, who could only communicate by blinking, Joe became convinced that Willow had been on Route 91 at the time of Jordan Ashford’s accident.
Justine was immediately intrigued.
Joe explained that he had previously tried to verify Willow’s whereabouts, but Chase interrupted the interview before he could get any meaningful answers. That detail did not surprise Justine in the slightest. She confessed she already suspected Chase may have tampered with evidence during Willow’s previous trial, making his loyalty to her an ongoing concern.
Although Joe acknowledged that a blink was hardly conventional evidence, he believed it was enough to begin seeking a search warrant. Combined with a recent tip identifying Willow as the possible second driver, investigators suddenly have far more reason to scrutinize the congresswoman than ever before.

Danny’s Rescue Attempt Ends at the PCPD
Elsewhere, Alexis Davis arrived outside an interrogation room after learning Danny had been detained.
Detective Bennett explained that Danny had attempted to break into a WSB facility, believing he could somehow reach Jason and help secure his release.
When Alexis confronted her grandson, Danny admitted he had acted out of desperation. He simply wanted to contact his father and believed the WSB would listen if he explained everything.
Unfortunately, Danny’s good intentions only created an even bigger problem.

Cullum Turns the Pressure Up
The situation became even more unsettling when Ross Cullum personally arrived at the police station.
Rather than showing any sympathy, Cullum coldly informed Danny that his reckless actions had made life more dangerous not only for himself but for everyone connected to him.
Alexis immediately fired back, insisting Danny was nothing more than a frightened teenager trying to help his father. She even threatened to expose the WSB publicly, warning Cullum that she would gladly tell the media his agency was targeting a minor.
Cullum remained completely unfazed.
He reminded Alexis that Danny was hardly an innocent child and calmly offered a deal. The WSB would overlook the incident—provided Danny promised to stay out of their business from this point forward.
It sounded less like mercy and far more like a warning.

Alexis Realizes Just How Dangerous Cullum Really Is
After Cullum finally walked away, Alexis wasted no time making sure Danny understood the gravity of what had just happened.
She warned him that Cullum was not someone to underestimate.
Unlike ordinary law enforcement officials, Cullum plays by his own rules, and challenging him could carry consequences far beyond a simple arrest.
Danny entered the WSB hoping to save Jason. Instead, he may have placed himself directly on Cullum’s radar. With Willow now facing mounting legal pressure and Danny learning just how ruthless the WSB can be, the fallout from both storylines appears destined to collide in the weeks ahead.
